Why was the delivery policy created?
Welcome to our platform. We all know that every business has an infrastructure, in which there are various policies along with everything. Each policy plays a very important role in running an organization or business smoothly and properly.
When you place an order on our platform, it is verified and processed by our order management section within a specified time frame. We have created a delivery policy for our organization to ensure that the process of completing, replacing, or refunding the order is completed smoothly after the order is placed. Through which we complete your orders in a well-planned manner. If, for any reason, we fail to complete the delivery, the refund within the stipulated time is governed by this delivery policy.
What is the general delivery process?
After an order is placed correctly, we take some time to process the order by verifying it. Processing orders is completed in our order management section as soon as possible after order processing.
Our average time to complete each order delivery is 05 minutes to 06 hours. However, depending on the situation of our order section, scope of work, time interval, amount of manpower, amount of order, and type of product, sometimes your order may be delivered within 5–30 minutes, and in some cases, it may take more than 6 hours. If your order requires urgent delivery or if you have not received the delivery, please contact our support.
What is the delivery time?
Our average delivery time for certain products is 05 minutes to 06 hours, and the maximum delivery time so far is 72 hours from the time of order. However, you have to follow the delivery time given in the short description of each product to complete the delivery.
However, depending on the type of service/product, the order may be kept in processing for longer than 72 hours after the delivery is completed with the customer's permission.
What should I do if the delivery is not within the specified time?
If the delivery is not completed within the stipulated time due to any error after placing an order, your order will be refunded either by contacting the contact number provided by you in our order management section or by contacting us as required.
With your permission, the order may remain in processing for longer than 72 hours after delivery.
How do I get payment if the order is refunded?
If your order is officially refunded before or after 72 hours, your refunded money will be sent to the account or number from which you paid for the order at the time of order.
What should I do if the customer wants a refund by himself?
As per our policy, there is no rule to refund an order before 72 hours. If, for some reason, the customer contacts us for an order refund on his own, we will try to refund the order within office hours by verifying the customer's information.
But in that case, after deducting a 05% service charge from the price of the product ordered, only that amount will be sent as a refund balance to the customer's account or number. Additional money sent as payment processing charges at the time of order is non-refundable.
What should I do if the wrong product is delivered during delivery?
If the wrong or replaceable product has been delivered to the customer by mistake during order delivery, the customer can get the solution by contacting our support without paying any service charge. We will try to replace the wrong product.
What should you do if you order with the wrong information?
If a customer fails to provide correct information at the time of ordering, the customer will be responsible for the same. If the wrong email is provided in the billing form, the product will be delivered to that email. Later, no problem can be raised with us regarding that order. However, if the service or product is returnable, then contact us, and we will certainly try to help.
