PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WELL
Every organization has some rules and regulations. We are not above him. We request you to read all our "Terms & Conditions" beforehand in order to maintain a good relationship between us and our customers.
Product Delivery
- Since our services are digital, all our products are delivered through email, messenger or WhatsApp.
- All our products are delivered via email, messenger or WhatsApp. In this case no separate delivery charge is required. However, it is requested to provide the correct address where your product will be delivered (email, messenger or WhatsApp) at your own risk.
- After our delivery is completed, the customer's mobile is notified through a message, so it is requested to use the mobile number in the correct format during the order.
- If the email does not go due to the problem of the email server, we have to take delivery by sending a message on WhatsApp or Facebook page. In this case payment details will be verified with order number.
- No support will be provided via email. Of course we have to take service by messaging on WhatsApp or Facebook page.
- Product Delivery Time- It may take from minimum 5 minutes to maximum 3 hours. Delivery may take up to 24 hours for special reasons. In that case time will be taken after discussion with the customer otherwise refund will be given.
- Urgent delivery requests are not entertained. In this case, you should know about the delivery time before ordering the product.
Warranty Policy
- If there is a problem with any product in the future after purchase, then we will give you a full warranty inshallah, in this case, there is a certain period for warranty of some products, if the time limit is passed, we will not be able to provide the warranty, or even within the period, if any of the rules given with our delivery are violated. We will not provide warranty even in case of policy violation etc.
- Warranty will not apply if there is any problem due to customer error or device.
- Our Service Time (10 AM to 1 PM). We will try our best to support you during the product warranty period. However, in adverse circumstances, time delays may occur, in which case time must be co-operated.
- Each of our products comes with a full time warranty.
- We are committed to provide you with after sales service if any product under warranty complies with the prescribed rules (clearly written before and after purchase of the product). Moreover, if there is any problem with the client service or if it is difficult to understand, support will be provided through "Teamviewer/Anydesk".
- No support will be provided via email. Of course we have to take service by messaging on WhatsApp or Facebook page.
- If any kind of abuse or offensive language is used with any of our sales representatives, Subscriptions BD authorities will immediately cancel the subscription of the customer and may take action as per Digital Security Act. In this case the customer will not get any service and refund.
- We know a client subscribes for his important tasks. So we always try to support the client as fast as possible for any problem. As this is an online subscription, there may be some delay in support under adverse circumstances. In this case we take a minimum of 10 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. So the client must order the products with that time and patience in mind.
Shared Account Terms and Conditions
- Why are shared accounts sold and for whom are these accounts: In the context of Bangladesh, educational tools or entertainment sites are not possible for our students or the middle class with such prices as in America, Europe. Many are unable to buy due to lack of dual currency credit cards. In our small effort we are delivering to them at a low price by selling one account to another on a shared basis. Due to which the cost comes down to a great extent.
- Shared account means that an account will be used by several people.
Failure to comply with the device limit or login limit by the customer will constitute warranty violation and immediate service cancellation. No refund or replacement will be given in this case. - Each product is shared in one process. So check the product description carefully before buying the product.
- Even if it is a shared account, all customers who have purchased can use it for the entire time. That means there will be no usage limit but there will be device limit or login limit.
- In case of shared account, subscriptions will be given to BD's own email. Personal Account Customers can choose their own email address.
- Sharing any account purchased by Subscriptions BD with anyone is strictly prohibited. We sell for personal use only.
- Legal action will be taken if any account purchased by Subscriptions BD is resold without permission. In this case, all responsibility for customer manipulation will fall on the perpetrator.
